The New Jersey Library for the Blind and Handicapped (NJLBH) is a free resource for NJ students and adults who cannot read conventional print books because of a disability. NJLBH provides a range of services for children and adults including: novels, literature, non-fiction books on tape, in large type or Braille, along with special cassette machines. Libraries By Mail is a free service for Morris County residents who are homebound, disabled or unable to get to their local library unassisted. Library patrons are able to have books, CDs, audio books, DVDs and more, mailed to them at home. For applications and to request materials, please call at 973-285-6970.
