Mindfulness Class at the Butler Public Library
Starts on January 13, 2022: Thursdays from 4 pm to 5 pm (8 weeks)
Open to adults and teens (or adolescents)

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and aware of where we are and what we are doing. The practice of mindfulness can help with focus and concentration, decrease stress and anxiety, and help us respond from an intentional place and not react or become overwhelmed by situations. In this mindfulness program, Taylor will lead you through mindfulness practices and meditations to cultivate curiosity and awareness of the present moment. You will walk away with tools and techniques that you can take with you anywhere, so you can be more present with your loved ones and find peace and acceptance in your daily life. Call the Library 973-838-3262 to register.
